This is where you will learn core entrepreneurial and mindset skills to become inspired, develop structures and redesign your business. These workshops are virtual mastermind sessions specifically designed for solopreneurs and entrepreneurs that desire to grow their business effectively by understanding how to map their success, build a team to take on areas of operations and management, and remove their “stuck cycles”.
We are passionate about co-creating success with these solopreneurs and entrepreneurs in unique, succinct ways using the combination of our experience in leading teams, running successful businesses, and in depth knowledge of navigating successes with the owner mindset, time mastery, and vision based outcomes. Stroke of Genius™, is an innovative, neuroleadership mastermind coaching cohort led by Dr. Dee along with a BEL NLP coach. Specifically designed for entrepreneurs that are starting out or that are moving to hiring employees. We are committed to empowering solopreneurs and entrepreneurs to learn and create pivotal building blocks necessary to business success.
Many business owners have a passion for a technical or service area and they build a business around this core skill which is great, for a start. Sooner or later, the business stagnates because they do not have the key knowledge and skills of how to grow their business without doing everything themselves.
Stroke of Genius™ offers 4 different specialized mastermind cohorts to strengthen, advise and create success factors in newer developing businesses. Each quarter, the mastermind will cover one of the areas and entrepreneurs will be immediately applying assignments for integrating these key success factors. Entrepreneurs meet twice a month and complete business mastery assignments between sessions.
