Communication Dimensions Practicum

How it Works
Most leaders and sales individuals use old “talking” techniques that can create resistance in the minds of others. If we are to build stronger leadership and sales relationships, it is essential that we have the communication tools that builds rapport, understanding and buy in.
Monthly Sessions as a cohort
In these highly engaging sessions, we guide you through experiential exercises that deepen and personalize your understanding of the mental fitness tools and coaching tools specifically designed to work with people at an engaging nonresistant way. In fact, you will learn how to remove barriers that stand in their way, self-manage your inner dialogue and truly listen at the level that empowers people.
Five Major Coaching As Leaders Strategies
This program is a practicum which means participants will utilize communication scripts focused on coaching methodology, practice these scripts within the exploration of the session, and then given in the moment positive feedback how to improve. These scripts will allow participants to talk and listen at a powerful level.
Weekly Practice
In order to gain familiarity with these leadership and sales practices, participants will utilize the practicum approach of facilitating practices with each cohort person as well as other individuals. Triads will be set up between sessions to practice via zoom. Triads/Dyads will have two sessions between to practice.
Monthly Recordings
As with any professional coaching for leaders training participants will turn in one monthly (or two if they choose) recording of them demonstrating the scripts to Dr. Dee. The best way to change your communication is to get customized learning through an expert.
What Will Be Gained
Participants walk away with a metaview for communicating with others on ideas, products, follow through, and solutions. You will be a more effective leader, rapport builder and sales person through this process. You will learn how listen for and uncover barriers of others, build consensus, and move others forward with agreements.
