This is a Nebraska based non-profit that receives grants to generously lower the costs for participants. These programs led by Dr. Dee are offered online through LIVE Stream with break out rooms or in-person at the Central Community College of Ord, NE.
SVLA wants to empower you to design the best version of yourself. Unlike most programs, which utilize knowledge only based classes or trainings, our programs are experiential, adventurous, energized, and supportive coaching experiences that will empower you to truly transform your life. Our leadership coach, Dr. Dee, brings expertise in neurolinguistics, neuroscience, positive psychology, leadership, and emotional intelligence to go beyond sharing knowledge into actually developing your capacity for change, for building optimistic workplaces, and for creating new levels of influence.

SVLA is a regional program, designed with a coaching process and lead by a Dallas based Forbes Coach.
Participants will receive information about both of these options several weeks prior to the coaching programs beginning.

Our Mission
The mission of SynoVation Leadership Academy (SVLA) is to enhance human capital, social networks and community engagement by empowering participants with transformational leadership skills to serve as dynamic civic servant leaders, entrepreneurial business owners, professional service providers and family members for the betterment of our community and world.
What SVLA is
The intergenerational, multi-leveled program nurtures continuous personal growth, which perpetuates sustainable behavioral change, broader perspectives, and elevated vision for what is possible. This personal growth is the core fiber for influencing stronger relationships, effective leadership practices, and the evolution of community culture. A corresponding youth curriculum is taught in Valley County Schools at the eighth-grade level. Seven years of SVLA evaluation data illustrates achievement in positively impacting adult and youth participants' authentic growth in all targeted areas.

This coaching experience you will learn how to increase your happiness, build time-mastery processes, and rewire your brain to center around emotional intelligence!
This is a coaching experience where you will learn new tools, perspectives, and levels of confidence!

Integrative Communication & Emotional Intelligence
(6 months)
This is a coaching cohort where participants will gain the strategies and knowledge to build rapport, influence, better listening, and unlock the key to effective communication!
This Program now has 3 CHOICES for succinct, powerful smaller class sizes to deepen the learning
Prerequisite for this program is the completion of SVLA: Level 1.

Master Class
(6 months)
This is an immersive online experience, which gives you an opportunity to customize your leadership and business journey through six zoom sessions with Dr. Dee.
Prerequisite for this program is to be enrolled in either SVLA: Level 1 or Integrative Communication & Emotional Intelligence
VIRTUAL
Communication Dimensions Practicum
(6 months)
In these highly engaging sessions, we guide you through experiential exercises that deepen and personalize your understanding of the mental fitness tools and coaching tools specifically designed to work with people at an engaging nonresistant way.
Prerequisite for this program is the completion of SVLA: Level 1.
